VPCSE26FH problem after change back from window 10

I'm using VAIO VPCSE26FH,

last year i accidentally upgrade the windows form 7 to 10 and I've already changed back but my laptop started some symptoms

1.

cooling fan started working a lot with loud noise (after some research they said that it maybe because both of my graphic card are working at the same time)

2.

DVD reader isn't working

i've tried to reinstalled driver but it didnt help
