Hello, community I have Sony vaio E-series laptop model no VPCEA42EG. Its been 20 days when I open my laptop it's showing choose your operating system but when I try to choose it, keyboard does not work completely. But I get to reopen after keeping my laptop top 5-6 days without disturbing. I even tried to change the OS but whole keyboard is not working.
