Hello I am using sony vaio model: VPCEB34EN, i3 processor, 3GB RAM. A year ago my system crashed and got repaired in Sony service centre. Afterwards my system hangs after installing necessary apps like firefox,chrome and I have to restart by long pressing power button. This again causes crashing of OS again and needs repairing. I have changed OS 3 times but the problem continues. Is this problem in the RAM..? Has its capacity detoriated over time...? I purchased in 2010.
Please guide me over this.....
