How to change license key for Windows 10 Pro

Dear all,

I have VAIO laptop with Product Name is: SVE1513MCXS.

It has pre-installed Windows 8 Home, now I want to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro, but it alway installs Windows 10 Home.

I tried both two ways: 

- Upgrade from Windows 8 to Windows 10

- Install clean Windows 10

But no way ask me to enter license key of Windows.

If I change product key after installing Windows 10, it shows error message: "The product key you entered didn't work windows 10" error code 0xc004f050

Please help me!
