I've got a question and the Sony suport email to contact a Sony representatvie is impossible to find, so I've decided just to try and post it here:
I used the Sony support once for my computer to remove some malware for the one time charge of $19.99 but I have found a repetitive charge of "008610 Prem.Support Sony PC..." on my credit card statement for multiple months now. I am not currently using any other service from Sony and I have been charged this multiple times so I am trying to figure out how to end this bill and get reimbursed for the previous charges.
