I have a Sony Vaio model number PCG-61A14L.
My husband stepped on the edge the other day, so the screen is cracked in one of the upper left corner. It still functioned normally for two or three days, then today it froze. When I turned the computer back on, it stated Operating system not found, we usually use our hdmi cable to display my computer on our tv, but the cord doesnt sense a connection to the computer, so now I cant see anything else on the screen except for what would be the top two lines of text on a boot screen.
i made sure the harddrive was secure and was finally able to hit assist, but now I cant visually see where to go on the screen. Please help.
