I had a problem with my Kaspersky. I contacted the tech. support and they identified an incompability between Kaspersky and Intel Graphics 4000. They said that I should install the newest driver, but an error message has appeared saying that there was an incompability between Intel drivers and my computer.
I contacted Intel tech. support and they have identified a problem between the Intel Graphics Drivers and the computer manufacturer driver, which I suppose it's Vaio. So here I am.
Intel tech support said that the following link should help me, I did what it say but nothing had change.
