Hello, again.
I was adviced to inform you that my computer is in Brazil. SONY cannot fix it since It´s not in Australia, just like you said. Therefore, since I´ve contact SONY and they provided me wrong information. The way to fix my computer is:
1- Send it to Australia by post, since I´m not going there soon. Or pay mylsef, the thing that´s not gonna happen, firstly coz it´s too expensive to fix it in Brazil. Secondly, I contacted Sony Support before I live Australia, not my fault if your team provided me wrong information. "Better to be quiet than say something that We don´t know".
So to make all clear and again I don´t get more troubles because of SONY, ignoring the information that was provided and then just leave the situation just like that it´s my fault coz I´m noz in Aussie lands.
If I have to send my computer by post I´m not gonna assume any responsability of:
GENERAL EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
2.4 To damage arising during transportation, installation or while moving the product, or to any transportation costs of the product or any parts thereof to and from the owner, unless otherwise specified in these Warranty Terms.
I wanna to talk with SOMEONE ELSE from SONY, someone who can make exceptions and analyse my incident. I NEED A COMPUTER, and it´s not my fault to leave Australia before fix it due to wrong info from you, SONY.
I suggest to SONY AUSTRALIA CONTACT SONY BRAZILand open an EXCEPTION. Or send someone able to Brazil to fix my unit here. Or provide me a NEW LAPTOP, My exames are due to next month. I don´t wanna be repetitive, but if no one provides me a proper support due to this time because of someone Sony´s fault. It´s becoming visible that it´s affecting me personally.
