SVS13A15GG - Audio/touchpad/vaio care/window genuine issue after factory restore - Window 7 Professional 64b

Hi guys,

I just factory restore my Sony Vaio SVS13A15GG to factory Window 7 Professional 64b. Everything was fine, however i face 03 issues:

1. Speaker not working now, it say No audio output device is installed and show a Red X on speaker icon on taskbar, i have tried to reinstall Realtek High Definition Audio which show on download page (http://www.sony-asia.com/support/product/svs13a15gg) but no luck.
2. Touchpad not working now. I have tried to reinstall Synaptics PS/2 Port TouchPad but also no luck.
3. Vaio Care show n/a instead of real system information (i.imgur.com/IkVK3Xn.png), i also can't uninstall or update it to lastest version (current is 7.3.0.14170)
