This LogMeIn Software/Calling Card is not suppose to be in use... it can be used to access your computer at anytime (even before an operating system is installed!)without your consent! LogMeIn states that all LogMeIn Software can only be use through their servers at their corporate location. This is due to a policy change LogMeIn enacted serveral years ago to liability and security issues. So make Sony explain explain to all their customers why Sony's Premim Support for VAIO PCs in the Philippenes Powered by Sutherland Global Services have the LogMeIn Server that was previously used by Sony when they provided Support themselves, up and running when it should have been decommisssioned years ago! Make these employees explain to the customers and Sony why they have this server up and running and what they've been using it for. And don't let them lye to anyone about it, three seperate occassions we had technical support agents openly admit that they are running the LogMeIn Server at their location, and we called LogMeIn three seprate times to confirm the no LogMeIn servers are to be running outside their corporate location. So make them tell us why this Server has been running there (for years) when it shouldn't have ever been powered on in the first place and make them explain exactly what they've been doing with it! We already know!
So once again, we are asking Sony to quit ignoring our posts requesting help and we demand that a Competant Corporate Representative fron the Sutherland Global Services Corporatation contact us as we we promised and repeatedly assured would happen three months ago, especially since the issue we are having has not been resolved!
