VAIO VPCF136FM keyboard doesn't light up after update win 7 64 bits

Recently I updated my VAIO, but after running and solving microsoft update issues and run normally I realized that the keyboard doesn't light up. In addition to that I cannot run VAIO® Smart Network Utility
