Hi folks,
So my laptop has been running slow lately and after looking online I thought it could benefit from a reset. Note that I didn't factory restore - I went to start>settings>update&recovery>recorvery>reset and just removed everything.
I've saved all personal photos/documents to an external HD and thought hey presto that'd be it, reset and all would be well, which it sort of is..... at least I think. All has booted up well Windows 10 is running smoothly, my Microsoft account is intact. However, the only issue I can see is that all my Vaio programmes (control centre, help, care etc.) have been removed and I'm not noticing anything to do with Nvidia in the lower right panel as before.
I'm no tech wizard and was just wondering if anyone could help me out by first explaining how this could affect my laptop's performance and how I could get them back if possible.
Thanks
