Windows 10 crashed my laptop. I had to do a complete reset. Saved all my documents, but obviously was not able to keep anything loaded to my computer (my photo editing software, Microsoft Office, etc). I had Office preloaded on my laptop when I bought it from Sony. I did not have to use a disc to download. I was given a product key; I do not have the card any more (this was 5 years ago). I need the information given to me by Sony. Microsoft said that since it was paid for to Sony - the recovery info has to come from Sony. I need someone to help ASAP! I've been going around and around and around with Microsoft and your Support team (which, btw, do not know what they're doing - since they are a 3rd party company!). I understand NOW that this thread is my only way to contact Sony directly. Please let me know what info you need so that I may get it to you immediately. Thanks!
