I updated to win 10 from win 7. i had a virus so i reset my laptop. It was reset to win 10 pro. there is a issue with brightness and touchpad.
My brightness doesnt increase or decrease. In device manager, i have tried changing generic pnp monitor to generic non pnp monitor & i have reset my graphic driver in display adapter to older basic version, it is incompatible with my resolution. In case of touchpad, even though my mouse properties show the scrolling region is working, the up and down scrolling doesn't work. I have updated all the drivers and i still cant find a solution.
