Blue Screen every turn on laptop
I got warning about S.M.A.R.T internal drive error and got code 05. And one day i found my laptop shut down so i charge and turn on my laptop. Everytime S.M.A.R.T warning appear, i ussualy click Continue to start and go to the desktop. But now everytime i turn on my laptop and click continue to start, there's blue screen (bdos) with stop code: NTFS file system / FAT file system and always restart, never go to the desktop. I've tried go to bios and other way but not work. Please help me

Windows 7 home premium (64 bit) recovery CD lost
Hi everyone,
I am using Sony Vaio note book E Series VPCEA17FG with Windows 7 home premium (64 bit) OS, My OS got crashed and not able to recover now as I lost my recovery CD. When I tried to download from microsoft web site they asking to contact product manufacturers support, could someone tell me home to get the Windows 7 home premium (64 bit) OS.

Camera "Motion Eye" cannot be opened on VPCS125FG VAIO - Error Code 0xA00F4244(0xC00DABE0)
I found out my webcam (named as Motion Eye) could not open on Windows 10 (latest version 1703). Default operating system was Windows 7 Home Premium. Not sure where went wrong. I'd checked on websites with the error code as stated on the subject but no help.
Any resolution(s) to the bug? Thanks.

Laptop not restoring to factory from restore CDs, corrupt Win7 install
Helping a friend that has a VPCEB32FX (2011), Win7 Home Premium. I replaced the HD a couple years ago for more space. Has been fine since but her system became unresponsive enough that she backed up her files and tried to do a restore to factory. Kept failing so she called me (Mac tech but I do Windows ;-) I can do a full restore of the HD which includes the recovery partition, but it would get stuck at something like "Windows can't work with this hardware." I found an article online that helped me get past that (It was apparently getting stuck right before you'd create a new user account, which I then did). but once logged in discovered that there was no Sony software and apparently no drivers installed. Further, it won't run Windows Update (it says the service isn't working, which it is). This is all from the original install CDs. So I started over, this time letting it run from the recovery partition (restore C drive). Same thing. Same errors, no Sony software or drivers. We kept the old HD and I've asked for it, and will copy the contents of the recovery partition over to the new one, but couldn't find anything like this being reported. It definitley seems like bad restore discs, as clearly something is wrong with the Windows install and not getting Sony software installed. Anyone?

Vaio VPCSC41FM blurry grapgics/text, WIN 7
Hello,
I have a Sony Vaio laptop, product name: vpcsc41fm
Windows 7 home edition, the original one, hasn't re-installed it since i first bought it.
I have the following problem for a few months now (since january):
Graphics/icons are blurry and also text. The issue comes and goes, but most of the time is blurry.
For instance: maps.google.com, whenever i search a place, all text is blurry at first, then clears off for 2-3 seconds and
it goes blurry again.
If i open a browser, no matter firefox or google chrome or IE and if i maximize or minimize the screen and everything goess off of focus/turns blurry.
If i open AcrobatReader with a text that is clearly reable on another computer, then it's blurry on mine and even doesn't look like a text, BUT LOOKS LIKE AN IMAGE.
Graphics look like they are in a small resolution like 800x600, kinda of croocket, dots are missing from the pictures.
Video card is:
-AMD Radeon HD 6470M, drivers version: 8.862.4.2000 and it shows it's the lates. I tried with other versions and didn't fix the problem.
-Intel HD Graphics Family, which before that was Intel HD Graphics 3000 and it shows same drivers version: 8.862.4.2000 on Device Manager under Properties, but when I open the Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel,
then it shows: Intel HD Graphics 3000, drivers version: 8.15.10.2476.
I had a message showing: "Display driver has stopped responding and has recovered", which will appear even with ONLY 1 open window. That was showing for a few months before the blurry problem started to occur. I checked for viruses, but there were none.
The video card drivers are showing up to date/latest versions, but i still tried differrent ones and it didn't fix the problem.
Performance on Desktop for Windows Aero: 6.2;
3D business and gaming graphics performance: 6.2
I went through the options: "Clear text" and also "Display color calibration". I played all of the options available and it didn't fix the issue.
In Safe Mode I have the issue too.
I use the laptop in a SPEED mode, the resolution of the screen is: 1366/768 x60Hz.
What i haven't tried is:
-connect to an external monitor, besides an LCD TV, on which it has the same problem.
-clean dust from an inside ???
I turned the fan on maximum speed. I had it on minimal, because it was too noisy and for years was fine, but now turned it back to high speed and that didn't fix the problem. But should i try to open the bottom and clean any dust?
Anything else I can try to do ?

Battery #2 Not Present.
Hello, I have an SVD11215CAB Sony Laptop, at first Battery #1 and #2 were working fine, but after I installed Windows 10, upgrading from windows 8 that it originaly had, battery #2 stopped working, making the laptop a 4 hour battery life instead of the old 8 hours+, so it frustrated me, when I rolled back my windows upgrade to windows 8.1, battery #2 is still not present, and no matter what I do, nothing worked, I searched for solutions everywhere, nothing worked. Vaio care doesnt work like before (no updates no nothing), updates dont show like before, the official Sony website that shows the laptop downloads is not updated, I tried my best, how can I fix this? I know there are lots of posts about this but nothing helped....thank you. 
Basically:
1. When I bought it with Windows 8, I had full battery capabilities with at least 8 hours battery life with Battery #1 and #2 Working.
2. When upgraded from Windows 8 to 10, my battery #2 stopped working and it became 4 hours battery life at the most, and no good support from Sony on Windows 10.
3. Rolling Back to Windows 8.1 still did not return battery #2 to its original status, it still is "Battery #2: Not Present" with again, 4 hours battery life.

Sony VAIO Battery plugged in but not charging
I have a Sony VAIO laptop that is a little over 3 years old. The charger is constantly plugged in, but the computer shut off several times because the battery "died". I got a brand new battery, tried a different charger, changed the battery settings, and the problem is getting worse. Recently it's stayed around 78%, which I guess is "normal". However, today it's shut off four times because there was not battery power left, even though it was supposedly "charging". It's currently at 12%.
Why is it doing this?

Fn buttons not working on Vaio VPCF1390X
I just noticed that none of the Fn (function) buttons are working on my Vaio VPCF1390X laptop. Also in Vaio Help it no longer knows anything about my PC like model number or S/N. Anyone have an idea of what's happened and how to fix? Please advise. Thanks... PS. Runing Windows 7 Home Edition 64 bit.

Sony Vaio All-In-One Desktop Help
I need help. I ordered a set of recovery disks on April 5, 2017. They were backordered until 4/15...then 4/26...then 5/3...then 5/9...then 5/22...then 5/25...and now until June 1st. That is nearly two months. I desperately need to get my computer up and running again and I need these disks. I have gotten nowhere with Sony or with Encompass (which is where Sony support referred me to for the disks). Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas? Thank you.

How to change license key for Windows 10 Pro
Dear all,
I have VAIO laptop with Product Name is: SVE1513MCXS.
It has pre-installed Windows 8 Home, now I want to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro, but it alway installs Windows 10 Home.
I tried both two ways:
- Upgrade from Windows 8 to Windows 10
- Install clean Windows 10
But no way ask me to enter license key of Windows.
If I change product key after installing Windows 10, it shows error message: "The product key you entered didn't work windows 10" error code 0xc004f050
Please help me!

Sony Vaio VGN-NW15G Bios Not Accessible
Hi
Im hoping somebody can assist me, i have been trying to access the bios of my notebook without success, i have tried all the suggestions i could find without any result, f1,f2,f3 brings up a menu to choose the OS f8 brings up an advanced option but nowhere does it give an option to select a boot sequence, i need to boot from a usb. I have tried ESC, Del and f12 as well but nothing seems to be working. Also when the laptop starts up the splash page doesnt show any options of what to select to access the bios.
