SVT11213CXB Windows 10 Sony battery condition indictor error?
Vaio SVT11213CXB states battery 100% However, Sony battery status states battery critical; status was excellent three days ago. Computer won't run unless plugged in. Running windows 10. I think that somehow I need to reset the Sony battery level status indicator, as I can't believe the battery condition could go from excellent to critical in two days, especially as battery is listed as charged to 100 percent if I examine it through windows 10 settings. I have Vaio Model SVP13212SG that has lost it's partition. My recovery disk is also damaged.
I am unable to use this product as your support has withdrawn from our country.
Please advise where I can download a Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 64 bit image recovery disk for this notebook.
I have been struggling for weeks on end to get assistance.

System hangs up after waking up from sleep mode
Hi,
I am running Vaio VPCZ12s9r/s Windows 7 x64 factory installed. All of a sudden the system started to hang up each time I wake PC up from stand-by mode. The mouse changes to the hourglass mouse, but no other changes occur visually. I try Ctrl-Alt-Del, but nothing appears. The only way to recover the computer is to perform the power-button hard-restart.
Reading the therad https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/system-hangs-up-after-waking-up-from-sleep-mode/9dfd8202-302e-42e4-af47-ec986c3a5b05?auth=1 I got to go to BIOS and see what sleep mode is used: S1 or S3, but I cannot as I do not have an advanced BIOS access on the machine as the access restricted.
Could anyone help?

SVF14212CXB can't boot, Vaio Care can't help.
Unfortunately, after 3 years of good service, my Vaio won't boot.
The black screen with 'Vaio" loads, but it goes no further.
After awhile, it either goes to a black screen, to VAIO care, or a blue screen with error code 0xc000000f.
While in VAIO Care, I am able to click on 'Start troubleshooting (Recovery)', but all that does, is take me back to a black screen to repeat the process, eventually. I am not able to access any troubleshooting options or solutions.
Prior to the failure, it had been running windows 10 without incident.
I'm not ready to give up yet and would appreciate any help or advice to get it operational again.

My touchscreen of the vaio SVD11215CAB is damaged and need to replace as the support of Sony have said, but unfortunately the have informed me that the this kind of devices is supply end and they didn't find the spare part for this screen.
The advised me to contact the sony support community for a solution. So please assist me and I know I will find it here.

Model: VPCL222FX Computer has a mind of its own!
Hello! My mom purchased a floor model VAIO computer! The Model name is VPCL222FX. The computer seems to have a mind of its own. It has an annoying beep, or sometimes a quick double beep, and worst of all applications seem to minimize themselves or swap to a new application almost as if someone was pressing windows + D or alt +tab. I have looked for some solutions online but none seem to work. Would appreciate any help you can give! I have tried some things with the display and touch settings but either I followed their advice wrong or it did not work.

My model is the SVF14N23CXP. My computer updated to Windows 10 and somehow my VAIO MOVIE MAKER disappeared. I tryied using the VAIO CARE but it tells me I need to insert some media recovery (which I dont have). I have some movies that are very important to me that I did with VAIO MOVIE MAKER (Extension VMP) that I cant open with any program other than VAIO MOVIE MAKER. Try everything, but SONY SUPPORT says I can only get help if I pay some sort of "premium service program". I dont know what else to do, please help...

My older Bravia had a place under 'Home' where I could find places like Freeview, iView and other sites; this new model didn't have the same system but an item would appear on start-up which showed Freeview and I could click on this, That system has now gone and my 'Home' buttons show "Apps" however Freeview has disappeared. How do I get and install this application? I am 84 and am fast tearing out any remaining hair;..please help

Sony VAIO SVS13116FGP Problem ultra slow
I have the above model. It was working fine. Then it suddenly became ultra slow. 5-10 minutes to start up, then after we get into the windows, another 20 minutes of doing nothing. I try to click on anything, no response or a turning circle.
Computer does respond after a very long time. EG after turning it on for 40 minutes, eventually I can open some software. But it is really incredibly delayed. EG if I click on the date at the bottom right of the screen, it is 3-5 minutes before the calendar pops up.
This doesn't speed up no matter how long the system is on. It is as though time has dilated itself for the laptop.
Shutting down also takes like 8 minutes, where I just stare at the shutting down window and the turning circle for a very long time.
The ASSIST button that we're all encouraged to use doesn't work. Totally no response.
I have tried safe mode and reset to earlier point (1 year ago) with no effect. The computer is still ultra, ultra slow.
